Taking the first step towards supporting a child’s development is a powerful one, and we're here to make the referral process as simple and reassuring as possible. At Life Unlocked Occupational Therapy, we believe every child has incredible potential, and we're excited to partner with you to unlock it.

Whether you're concerned about developmental milestones, school readiness, or specific challenges, our compassionate team is ready to listen, understand, and provide tailored support. We aim to be your "village," guiding your child and family through their unique journey with care and expertise.

    • General Practitioners (GPs)

    • Teachers or School Staff

    • Other Healthcare Professionals

    • NDIS Participants: We proudly support Plan-Managed and Self-Managed NDIS participants, helping you utilise your child's plan effectively.

    • Private Paying Clients: Direct payment options are available for families without NDIS funding.

    • Private Health Funds: Please check with your health fund provider regarding eligibility for rebates on occupational therapy services.

    • Medicare EPC Plans: Your GP may provide an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan, allowing rebates for up to 5 occupational therapy sessions per calendar year.

    2. Submission Review: Your referral will be sent directly to our dedicated admin team, led by Chloe Marsh.

    3. Personalised Response: A member of the team will contact you to discuss your child's needs, offer available services, or provide information on our waitlist if applicable. We strive to leave no stone unturned in understanding how we can best support your child's growth and progress.
