Founder & Lead Occupational Therapist
As the heart and soul behind Life Unlocked OT, Lauren Peady brings a wealth of experience and a deeply personal touch to her practice. Working as an Occupational Therapist in the Mackay region since 2017, Lauren has dedicated her career to understanding and addressing the diverse needs of her clients.
Lauren’s Expertise:

Lauren specialises in paediatric occupational therapy, supporting children with a wide range of needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Developmental Delays, motor skill challenges, and school success strategies.

Her experience also extends to adult therapy, assisting with equipment prescription, comprehensive home assessments and modifications, functional capacity assessments, and skilled navigation of NDIS funding to maximise client potential.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from James Cook University (2013) and is committed to ongoing professional development, ensuring her practice is always at the forefront of evidence-based care.
A Personal Touch: As a busy mum of four, Lauren uniquely connects with families, offering genuine understanding of their concerns and celebrating every triumph, big or small. Her greatest joy comes from witnessing her clients achieve their goals and create lives rich with meaningful occupations. Early Education Specialist & Key Worker
Chloe Marsh is a cherished member of our Life Unlocked OT family, bringing a vibrant energy and a rich background in education to our early intervention programs. With a keen understanding of foundational learning, Chloe plays a pivotal role in preparing our youngest clients for future success.

She leads our highly valued Prep Readiness Programs, working with children aged 4 to 7 years to build essential academic and learning skills for a confident transition into school. This includes fostering early literacy, numeracy, attention, and classroom participation

Chloe provides dedicated support for children who may be struggling academically, strengthening their learning foundations and boosting their confidence in the school environment.

Beyond her work in therapy, Chloe is the friendly voice at the end of our admin emails and the heart of our practice’s operations. She manages our invoicing and reconciling with meticulous care, ensuring that the behind-the-scenes side of your therapy journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
